Salary: N200,000k-N300,000k Job Description:
Execute, promote and sell the Golden Visa program through sale of real estate and fund. To appoint, train and support in operation process to the empaneled Channel Partners network and source investors from the network of these sales channels from across assigned country.
To generate and execute sale of real estate and VC Fund in Nigeria.
To develop the channel partner network on a regular basis across the assigned country and ensure productivity through investors in GVP units.
Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in client conversions.
Meet/Exceed the quarterly and annual projected sales target of self.
Work with investors directly to resolve their queries, questions, clarifications and advise them on the requisite immigration/visa process and services, at all points.
To ensure investor closure from end to end in co-ordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking assistance from Law firm’s perspective.
Effectively track client follow-ups and implement the same.
Maintain consistent engagement for lasting customer relationships pertaining to new and existing customer base and update about the development of our projects through a periodic newsletter as and when issued by the marketing team.
Keep apprised on the latest immigration rules and the new product offering of the organization.
To call/communicate with leads generating out of our inbound and outbound digital sales exercises through various platforms.
Travels to any city within assigned country for meeting up with the investors and channel partners for closure of sales.
Participate in real estate and immigration events – seminars, exhibitions, etc
Qualification & Requirements
Graduate in any disciple, Post Graduate with any specialization from a reputed institute will be preferred
Individual Contributor role
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales Management in Immigration related investment
High level of sales expertise and client-channel partner interactive skills.
Good communication skills.
High level of product knowledge in the relevant and works experienced fields.
Ability to co-ordinate operations in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.
