JOB TITLE: ADMIN OFFICER

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

LOCATION: LEKKI-AJAH

INDUSTRY: SECURITY

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage departmental budget
  • Manage stationeries and stock
  • Management of company’s fleet
  • Liaise with vendors for administrative purpose & procedures
  • Carry out administrative support functions including office organization and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc in Business Admin or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Fleet management capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experienced in ISO compliance standard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal getter
