JOB TITLE: ADMIN OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage departmental budget
- Manage stationeries and stock
- Management of company’s fleet
- Liaise with vendors for administrative purpose & procedures
- Carry out administrative support functions including office organization and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc in Business Admin or related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Fleet management capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced in ISO compliance standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal getter
